My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What was the material used for the railings? Was it rebar or????
Also, were all the baseboards painted? like the risers?

    Thanks! The railings were constructed from paired steel flat-bar newels (surface mounted to the floor with steel plates & screw fasteners) and intermediate posts with horizontal round bar pickets with a walnut rectangular profile rail cap. The baseboards were not painted to match the risers. I hope this helps.
