Dark spots on basement floor

New build about a year ago. Notice the concrete is darker is some areas and run a dehumidifier. Read where if you put aluminum foil down and seal it with tape you can see if there is humidity on the inside or on top. When I took it aways I noticed a square dark spot on the floor. Any suggestions on what steps to take
