My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Acacia? I found it at my hotel in southeastern New Mexico near Carlsbad.

    Not an expert by any stretch, but pretty sure it's Desert Willow, Chilopsis linearis (Cav.) Sweet. Native tree - there's a lot of them in the San Antonio area. It's been on my list of want to plant trees for a while.
