Hi everyone,

I feel foolish even asking this, but does anyone happen to know how to get a hose off of a spigot like this? When I turn it, it just turns and turns. I tried turning the gold piece on the bottom, wondering if maybe that was supposed to come off, and that only seems to turn a little bit. I am hoping someone on here knows how to do it. Thanks!
