I'm in the same boat, flashpolkadot. I saw sample boards and they looked beautiful. The guy at the flooring store told me that Concorde collection has Rigid Core which is a top quality material. So it was more expensive than Moda Living line. Hope it helps.

I know that's high, as I've seen most people paying around the $3.60 mark. I'm thinking that it probably makes sense to go with the latest and greatest. What color(s) did you like? Is Concorde Oak still a top contender for you?

Did anyone end up going with Concorde Oak? I’m seriously considering it and would love to see pics if you did.

I believe Concorde Oak is embossed in register, which is generally more expensive. otherwise, SPC is usually less than WPC all other things being equal. Oops. just went and looked at some. NOT embossed in register. SHOULD be cheaper as an SPC. But I saw a flooring video where they said it was WPC. Can’t seem to find the answer anywhere. Emailed Provenza and got no response.

So I wish it was still two years ago! I have been pricing both of these in Indianapolis. It is slightly less for the Concorde Oak (I plan on going with Sundance at $6.10 because it looks very real on the sample) than the Moda Living (Midas Touch @$6.25/sq ft). Oh inflation, how I detest thee! I have been reading so many poor reviews of the material having issues and the company not standing behind their warranty. I am posting photos here of these two. It is hard to walk away based on the reviews because I have compared these samples to so many other brands that in no way look at real. Just praying they hold up as the investment is so much higher than the options at the box stores. I started researching more about provenza after hearing you cannot use a swiffer sprayer or steam mop on them, also no vinegar, or bleach and the website even says no shoes which seems ridiculous considering the 15-year commercial warranty.

Concorde is ESPC. Best of both. Not WPC. It is SPC but with E where it is engineered to keep the floor warm.

@Ericka EspeEspe wewe sorry for the extra words, the app is being strange. We ended up installing Provenza At Ease. We like it even though it is a little more knotty than expected. We brought home a bunch of samples some we liked during the day some at night. We didn't want gray, orange, yellow... just subtle natural shades.
