Looking for House Design Software

Recently purchased an 1980's Ranch style home and looking for a software program that will let me upload a picture and adjust the roofline, stone work, window size and so on.

Maybe I was too vague in my changing the roof statement. I am looking to add a Gabel Roof with wooden beams to add some curb appeal to this house. I still expect to see a architect at some point but not ready yet. just want to seecwhat options I can do to dress up the front of this property

You need an architect changing a roof is no simple task and will require a lot more work than you imagine so first think budget IMO that roof suits the house and once you start playing with the basics you probably should have looked for a house in the style you want.

I took about 20 minutes to mock up a before and after of a house similar to your photos to show how you might be able to visualize some curb appeal options for your home's front entry.

I used Chief Architect's Home Designer Software to model this house and the front porch addition. I'd be happy to send the files to you so that you can play with them yourself using a trial version of the software.

Love the Chief Architect product line. I used Home Designer Architectural to design my bathroom. It took me a while to get the hang of it but now I feel i can design anything!
