Would you consider more of a his-and-hers arrangement?

Posting part of a floor plan is good in that it focuses the discussion, but it is bad in that no space in a house exists in a vacuum. The other bad thing is that the parts of the other spaces shown give clues that they need help also. That is the case here.

Sophie, I think the space is big and maybe could use a better arrangement? I kinda like it but just wondering it if could be better? Are the 2 water closets too small? Would it be better to just do one big one?

Since it seems you do want two water closets, why not make a ”his” area with vanity and toilet, a “hers” with vanity and toilet (probably different arrangement as I imagine your storage and usage needs are different from his), with tub and shower in the middle. Maybe shower that opens to both sides, or to an open space in the middle.

I'd put the WCs together on the front wall, like twinsies, and push the shower back to the corner by the tub. It's a bit wonky to have the 2 rooms separated and differently oriented.

The sink is long, with sinks squished against the wall, limiting elbow room. Consider moving them towards the center, and then adding cabinetry around the corners, like so:

You have a lot of wasted space in the middle. If you can post a larger view of the master suite, we might be able to come up with ideas to re-form the total space to get a better result. That's the reason for the request for a wider view, not because everyone wants to nitpick the whole floor plan.

Having a double toilet bathroom way down a corridor from the actual master bedroom is a pretty bizarre and dysfunctional design choice. Care to share the reasoning for that? Or why there are no windows on that side of the house? Is that an exterior closet there behind the shower and water closets? Why is is there, creating a barrier to light entering the house?

I wouldn’t waste time redesigning this. Redesign the whole that produced this extremely odd snippet. There are too many visible issues that say that the problems aren’t isolated to just the bath.

Have you ever tried to open a door at the bottom of a stair without a landing? You have to stand on the second or third tread and reach down to the doorknob to open the door. With the excessive space in the master bedroom's private hallway or in the master bathroom, I would think some space could be borrowed from there to create a more user friendly stair.

I fear your comfort level with the rest of the plan is based on a lack if information.
