Hi often this happens when I come in to help a client, but whites and be a good contrast all together. I would let the countertops be as they are their own statement. If you want to blend the cabinets in with the white tile I would make the tile grout the color of the cabinets. This will help blend everything together.

Yes, unfortunately it looks like the tile is too cool of a white compared to your warm white cabinets. I would find either a better matching warmer white or go with a different color.

Backsplash is cold stark white. Alabaster is a 'warm' white. they clash.
