Species accuracy IDing help

Hey there!! I think I have two species of aloe in my garden but I am not really sure. The first one has bigger and larger leaves and continues to grow more. It is in partial shade and gets hit by sun rays around afternoon. It used to have spots when it was younger but now that it is reaching 3 years of its life, it has outgrown its spots. It produces pups at a not so fast rate. It is dark green in color.

The second one in the pot is exposed in the sun and gets watered all day when it storms but both have same medium soil to grow but this one has remained this even though I got them around the same time when they were young. As you can see, it still retains its white spots and it produces a lot of puos, like a lot. A week after I repot the babies I would see 5 new shoots.

I includee these descriptions since it might be of same species and their growth might have changed due to its conditions and water they receive. But my real concern is if any of these is used for commercial purposes like on the face as a moisturizer since I plan to support myself to school selling these babies on the road and aloe here is a big seller for women. I hope an aloe expert would help me. Thank you in advance!!
