Sinks should be centered where?

It looks like the drawers of this 'display' model were assembled incorrectly. My impression is that the cutouts in the drawers for the drain are meant to be centered at 1/4 and 3/4 of the full width of the vanity. (In other words, divide the vanity in half and then center each sink on its own half.) Is that correct?
