My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The walls in the foyer are Benjamin Moore Gray Owl in a matte finish. The lighting is throwing off the true color and making it appear to have a greenish hue. This is not the case. Gray Owl is definitely in the soft gray family. I attached the link to the front door photo which is in the same space. This photo shows the true color of the walls with out the ceiling light changing it. Hope this helps.

    The trim color is Benjamin Moore White in a satin finish.
