My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi ms_mags, the floor color is an aniline dye over Brazilian Cherry. Most contractors have a hard time working with dye, so you would want to look for a hardwood flooring contractor who is at least certified through the National Wood Flooring Association to apply dye. www.woodfloors.org Good luck...unless you’re in the Denver area...in which case, I invite you to call: 720-988-3663!     Hi I found a contractor in Maryland that is certified using your instructions. Would it be possible for you to provide the dye to water ratio you used for these floors ?
