Fig tree, red spots and yellowing

Wanting to check if this is a cause for concern. Several of the lower leaves on my celeste fig I just planted this year have odd looking discolorations on them.

It's planted in full sun, I hilled the dirt up a bit in a large area, 4-5 feet a few inches above grade and heavily amended with lots of composted wood chips, and planted the tree on top of this to help ensure drainage since we tend to have heavy soil here, and have watered it twice a week. The tree has been growing vigorously, and seemed to be loving the heat of our North Texas summer. It has doubled in size since June and seems to be doing well.

I have snipped the suspect leaves, there were only about 4 and they were the oldest leaves on the bottom, but paranoia has started to creep in and I thought I'd like to double check.
