I have frosted glass on vertical accents, shower floor and ceiling. No, it's not hard to keep clean at all. Since I also have natural stone and porcelain tile, I use a ph neutral cleaner that's safe for use on all materials, about 1x/wk. Other wise I just do what should be done for all showers, regardless of material and that's use ventilation fan, squeegee, and wipe down with microfiber towel (just on the wettest areas of the walls). Here's mine (5 years old).

We have a whole wall of mosaic. It’s a mix of clear glass, frosted glass, white marble and green marble. I clean it the same as the rest of my shower, pH neutral cleaner. I *sometimes* wipe the whole wall down. We have a whole-house water softener.
