This is not a custom house?

Just started excavatioN. The plan is custom. But builder is building more like a spec/semi custom with allowances. we get to pick out everything but the cost to upgrade the windows is more than we want to go. I think I will see how much the 2 front garage doors are to go to dark bronze.

Garage doors may be painted.

I would suggest eliminating the gable, and reducing the pitch of the roof. Looking at the front elevation I see the garage and the roof -- not the first two things you want someone to notice.

If you can make those changes, you should save money that might be spent elsewhere.

Terratone looks like a nice color with the brick. Something similar for the windows, front door, and sofiits/facia would be nice but sounds like you can't get that. You mentioned about having the clay color inside - are you getting vinyl windows? I think clay windows inside with clay (or similar) or white fascia and soffit could work well

Could you also get clay for the garage and front door?

White can also work as long as it can "pop" from the brick. The picture below represents the "pop", not necessarily the colors we are talking about.

Dark trim at fascia and soffit can still be used:

Selecting Terratone for the garage door would work best if the fascia and soffits are of similar color.

See if you can get color samples of the various materials (roofing, soffits/fascia, doors, windows) and then play mix and match together outside so you get outdoor light, if you have not already done this.

Thank you Chollis. On Windows we are limited to white or clay. For soffit and facia any color we just really liked the dark bronze since the roof we Like is really dark but we can change to another color. For garage doors we can do all shades from white up to terratone after that the darker ones are more expensive.

We ended up doing Walmac with ivory buff. windows we went white. Garage door Walnut. Gutters we did dark bronze but soffit and fascia we did Mist (Buff)which blends with the brick. I love the brick! Your home sounds beautiful!
