Is this Tiffany rose?

Beginning of spring I bought 3 body bags on clearance for like $5 a piece so I figured "why not?". One was mislabeled and turned out to be Oklahoma (they're frequently mislabeled). Another I bought still hasn't flowered but not worried . The third was labeled Tiffany and I would be pleasantly surprised if it were really her. What do you think? Wanted to get some pictures before the frost sets in since it could be any day now.
