We are looking to re-do our kitchen. I know I want white cabinets that are mission in style, dark granite countertops and I thought it would be unique and nice looking to have a darker (like espresso coloring) crown molding on the top. We are taking off the current soffit and bringing the cabinets to the ceiling. I also thought to have a darker crown molding would break up the white color, since it is going to the ceiling. Our floors are maple that are just polyed. Any thoughts
