I'm gonna take a guess: looks like acalypha wilkesianna.

it does not look like acalypha to me. veining and leaf shape is not quite right. and the pattern of variegation is different, although there are Lots of cultivars of Acalypha with various shapes and patterns. Also acalyphas constantly produce 'flower tails' - the long fuzzy things :)..

oh, another thing: acalypha leaves alternate, but these are doubles on the stem.

Could it be a Clerodendron?

Has similarities consistent with Acer negundo. "Variegation" appears un-natural from all the way over here.

Judging by the petioles on the main stem I think we're seeing pinnate leaves. But it isn't at all clear. Some more pictures might help. Leaves and whole plant plus a sense of scale. Some of the leaves shown are clearly variegated but others are just discoloured by disease or old age.

Here are some more pictures. However I can't post a complete overall plant picture because it's behind other plants on the left and right and is right up against a wood fence behind it. I just have a hard time pushing the plants in front of it out of the way and stand back to take a picture LOL. This is the best overall picture I have.

But the plant is about six feet tall. The older leaves are more dark green and the younger leaves up top are more variegated. Here is a picture of the leaves with a measuring tape adjacent to it.

after looking at the link posted by floral_Uk I agree it's Polyscias guilfoylei 'Variegata'.

It's needs to be pruned, as Aralias get very leggy unless they are trained to branch.

It also needs to be fed with ironite - it looks chlorotic (yellowing lower leaves) and growth is very sparse . how much light does it get? FL sun can be very strong - it should be in prt-sun only and not in strong hot noon sun. Also they do not like to dry out: react by dropping leaves: which could explain sparse foliage. any more info on cultural conditions? how do you water it, feed it, etc..?
