Design Dilemma Kitchens

color question for kitchen pulls and door knobs

I have new white painted cabinets with stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. My sink faucet is currently also similar to stainless steel color. I was going to redo all the door hardware on the floor with the kitchen to bronze. Do cabinets pulls/ knobs need to match closet door handles on same floor? If not, do cabinet pulls / knobs need to match appliances and faucet?

They don't have to match, but look cohesive if they do, in the kitchen. I would stay with the stainless steel finish and faucet, and coordinate with brushed nickel in the kitchen,
