What would you do different? Ceilings are 9’3”. Cabinets 42”. Island is 9 ft long (might go to 10’, kind of want five chairs)

I would put the tall pantry cabinet to the left of the ovens, which will get the ovens closer to the island landing space, and will give you landing space beside the fridge. It will also shrink the distance between the fridge and cooktop.

I'd move the DW to the other side of the sink, to get it out of your prime prep space, and put the trash pull-out under the prep counter.

If it were my kitchen, I'd have seating at the far end of the island, rather than line up 5 seats in a row. You'd need to change the style of the island, though.

Use as many drawer bases as the budget allows--even dishes can be kept in drawers. Good luck!

    I would post a 2D floor plan

Post a FLAT plan with dimensions of the entire kitchen. These elevated tell you and us nothing. Worst thing that ever happened to the consumer............

2D plans would be helpful. Are you planning to get a counter-depth fridge? If not, I would switch the fridge and oven location because the fridge will produce more than the oven cabinet will.

Ideally, though, I would like to see the ovens at the end of the run where you have your cooktop but it appears that you don't have room for it. I might even would consider getting a slide-in range and having a larger pantry cabinet where you could house a regular countertop microwave. Those would be more economical choices.

I would install a range. Microwave can be a drawer or nestled in an open ledge in wall cabinet. Move fridge and pantry cabinet over to the left once you eliminate the wall oven stack . Your goal obviously is seating on island and without a sink. The perimeter with very small window and everything loaded up looks crammed and your counter situation on perimeter is giving you trouble, as the corner location is the only generous spot......everything will happen there. New construction vs remodel?

Would suggest moving the wall ovens elsewhere away from the refrigerator.

Is the window shown a fixed object or could it be changed?

A thought occurred to me that you could put a range on the long wall flanked by windows on both sides. Put the refrigerator on the short wall, your sink in the island, and pantry cabinets on the far left of the long wall run. If you definitely want the wall oven and built-in microwave, you'd probably still have room for those next to where I propose the pantry cabinets be.

Looks like cabinets go to 8’ and then you have a 15” soffit? Your hood is way too close to cooktop. 2-d drawings please!

Wall ovens in a bad place. Fridge should be moved to the outside for accessibility to others in the kitchen without intruding into the work zone. The ovens have no landing zone to set a hot pan of something to check it's temp, etc. Agree with that area being too "heavy". I think it LOOKS Like you have a lot of room but you will prep between the sink and cooktop and you will feel enclosed and cramped (by Mrs Pete's 'always outs'). AND you'll be booking the dishwasher.

A 2d plan with measurements and how this room related to others will get your more relevant feedback. Right now - this one does not feel cohesive or well thought out from a "how does a kitchen really work" standpoint.

Fridge, pantry, ovens in that order from outside to in, then dw, and sink.

You take food out of the ovens. Where will you put them?

You bring groceries in and need to put food away in the fridge. Where do you put the grocery bags?

You need to get food out of the fridge? Where do you put the food when you take it out of the fridge?

How wide are those upper cabinets on either side of the cooktop?

Is this a remodel or a new house kitchen?

    Can the window be changed?

At the very least, I would make the cabinets on either side of the sink and above the oven / micro glass. It would break it up.

soften the corners on the island if they aren't. It hurts to run into sharp corners. looks great
