My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

IKEA Sound Absorbing Panels

Just spotted this on IKEA's website and thought I'd share. Looks like it would absorb more dust than sound, but who knows.

At least IKEA has a generous return policy if they don't work. Wish I could say the same for much pricier Soundproof Cow, which claims to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction--but the their actual Return Policy sounds MUCH different.
