Rubber Tree Dropping Leaves!!!

I just bought this rubber plant online a couple weeks ago. It was lost in the mail for a week and a half but it looked okay when it finally arrived. Now a week or so later the leaves look like they’re drying up or something and then falling off. Is it dying? How can I save it? I don’t know what to do!
