I LOVE the chairs - does anyone know where to get them (and maybe even on a budget!)?

Similar chairs - but without the wood trim along the arms and wings - are made by Massoud Furniture of Dallas, Texas.
Horchow carries them in 2 or 3 leather & fabric options in the $3000 range.

Bernhardt Interiors also has a similar but smaller chair in it's portfolio - but without the wood trim or base, only wood legs - called the "Kingston Wing Chair". Z Gallerie carries it in a couple of colors of leather in the $1800 range, but you can purchase it in any fabric or leather Bernhardt offers from other retailers.
