Thanks! I probably wasn’t clear enough. I LOVE the 60s look but I want it more “kitsch” if that makes sense. Like play up the 1960s features, though there really aren’t any so maybe add them. I just saw a house in my neighborhood that put a short horizontal fence on their front porch. Another house has metal v-shaped porch supports, I have no idea where I would find those. I wish it were more Usonian so anything that would push it that way but not re-architecting it. I’m just looking for new ideas that I haven’t thought of. A friend mentioned taking out the sidewalk and putting in alternating concrete pads. I would love a stone planter, I love the mid century homes that mix brick with stone.

I do like the white one with the separate concrete pads! And the brick painted while. I REALLY want color though. Like an orange door (not with red brick though) or turquoise or pale aqua.

look into Romabio. it's a natural lime wash, no maintenance. if you did it in white then you could get a salvage door from the 60's and paint it aqua. bring in some lime green or orange accents w/pots/flowers. would look cute.
