We are considering adding a main level laundry area with a total cost of $7000. Our current laundry is in the basement which we will keep. The second laundry will be compact stacked units on the main level of our ranch home off the kitchen and master bedroom. My question is, does this add value to a home when the time comes to sell it.
I know the convenience for me will be awesome, but the cost is more than I was expecting.
