Hi,
We just built a house with concrete flat roof / deck and installed horizontal railings all around. We live close to the coast with many windy days. Wind causes quite a bit noice along with vibrations to the structure too.
Can somebody share the solution? I Am ready to hire the engineer for the advice and solution but not sure who can help me. I have contacted several companies but not really heard back from any of those.
