My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Very small. Probably 9x9.

    Just the part that is visible in the photo, w/o the doorway, has to be 13x11 minimum, assuming appliances and cabinets are standard size (30" fridge, 24" dishwasher, 36" range, lazy Susan occupying 36" each wall). With doorway the room is probably 13x14.
