Will white cabinets get you more rent? No..so:

I would not paint the cabinets white (or, more importantly, pay someone to paint them white.) The kitchens look fine in the photo and as long as the cabinets outside and inside are nice and clean, I find them acceptable.

I agree with JudyG above.

I would also change the refrigerator door in the white painted kitchen so it opens the other way so the tenant can actually open the door without being squeezed up against the wall. (Hinges on the left meaning a left hand refrigerator. Right now you have a right handed refrigerator. ) JMO.
