Whereabouts are you? Would be good to know what sort of climate it's in. Sounds like it might not be getting enough water. It's good to flush water through the soil when you do water and then let it drain out. The soil should be of a type that drains well and doesn't remain soggy.

Can we assume that the container has sufficient drainage holes and that you drench your plant thoroughly on watering day? Container grown palms should be in a sharp, fast draining potting medium.

Inspect the fronds very carefully for insect pests and spider mites. The latter are not uncommon to palms grown as houseplants. The mites are nearly invisible to the naked eye so be sure to look carefully.

If the quality of your water is questionable, you may want to consider using bottled water. Hard water or water that has fluoride in it can cause problems for many plants, including most palms.

If you are misting the plants daily in order to raise the humidity, please know that it won't work. If the relative humidity is very low, you might consider a whole room humidifier. Save the misting for occasional cleaning of the fronds.

I am in Montreal...so very cold winters. I dont heat above 21/22. Palm is located next to a eastern window. Containers has no holes unfortunately but I make sure there is no accumulation of water at the bottom. The soil is moist but not wet.

Now that you are going to repot it, you may also need to amend your potting mix. What kind of soil did you use the first time? From what I can see it looks like peat & perlite. I think you might want to buy some additional perlite to add to that mix. It looks like it's typical indoor potting soil. Which is built for tropical plants, that need less drainage than your palm.

In our Climate (Southern Ontario) it's gonna be rot that sets in if there is no drainage holes at all. My palm does the same when it's thirsty. Which is a good sign. It's better to under water then over water. I would NOT re-pot until May when it warms up and there is plenty of sun. If you think it's over/under watered the easy way to tell, pick the pot up, you'll know if it's heavy or light.
