My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

New Powder Room / Laundry

Having a main floor powder room allowed us to have an ensuite in our 80's bungalow.

    Is the threshold below the cabinet door removable? If not, you'll have to lift up the possibly-200-lb. washing machine to put it in the cabinet. Without vents, you'll have to leave the cabinet door open when you use the appliances.
