Can anyone help me? My home currently has an old Maytag dishwasher, e71195 type: 776-0. The dishwasher door was opened mid cycle and shut again but instead of resuming its cycle, the lights on the panel just kept blinking and now I can’t get it to resume it’s cycle. The lights that are blinking are the same ones that would normally just stay on during a cycle (cycle type, stage, and dirty level of heavy). Normally the wash cycle resumes when the door shuts but that’s not happening. It’s not draining the water either. I did shut off the breaker for the dishwasher a few times but it doesn’t seem to fix anything. When I throw the breaker back on, the exact same lights just start blinking again. The cycle did resume one time for a few seconds but then stopped and the panel began blinking again. Please help... I’m desperate! We’re getting the whole kitchen remodeled in a few weeks, so we’ll be getting a new dishwasher at that time but with two small kids, I need this one desperately in the meantime!
