False/fake window in front of house. What to do? Help!

The far right window in the front of our house is where our master bathroom is. We decided to remodel the master bath and eliminate the window. We deliberated back and forth during design phase and the interior design won the battle. We’re into construction now and there is basically no turning back. We need to figure out a best case design to "cover up" a blank or false window.

Picture 1: The primary front view of the house (picture taken from driveway).

Picture 2: Straight on view (this view is less visible from the road due to trees planted near road)

Picture 3: close up of window in discussion

Picture 4: example photo of shutters in closed position (found photo on Houzz)

Option 1: keep existing window and paint behind it black, buy premium shutters and have them in the closed position all the time. Concerned this could be a major concern for a potential buyer of this house down the road?

Option 2: stone up the window and prioritize landscaping to help cover or camouflage that area. I'm concerned that removing the window will imbalance the front architecture of the house. Do you think landscaping can do enough to hide or help this imbalance issue? Also, I am confident in the stone matching as we just had our rear chimney redone.

The house is valued at $850-950k and is on a busier street. We plan to stay here for the long term but you never know. Trying to avoid a major architectural faux pas.

Keep Window: Paint the back of the window black and install premium shutters (keep shutters closed)
Stone up window and use landscaping to cover the "plain" stone wall.
