How important is acid resistance for tile in bathrooms?

We're starting a bathroom project and in the process of picking out tile. We love Heath but are perplexed by how many of the tiles are not "acid resistant". Most of my favorite colors of theirs are not acid resistant. When I've gone to their store I've been warned by their salespeople that we should be careful using a non acid resistant tile in the bathroom, but then their Instagram photos feature lots of bathrooms that use non acid resistant glazes... and I'm like, what can those colors be used for? In contrast, I went to Fireclay and asked if it was something I needed to worry about for their tile, and they kinda looked at me funny and said, no, their tile should all be fine for bathrooms. So what's the deal? Is Heath just really fragile and we'd need to be careful with it? Or are concerns about acid resistance overblown?

Bonus tile pic so you can see the colors we're considering!
