With what you have and the bedspread as is I would choose a solid grey for the pillow. If you were willing to draw in more colours with additional pillows to the cream/white ones then I would add in some blues and then the lumbar pillow could have blue in it too.

Take the print with you when you shop for the pillow. Sometimes the color you decide you want is not really the best one and when you shop with the picture something else may jump out at you.
