IMO you're better off using fiberglass batts. Concrete takes on moisture, and the batts can breathe without wicking the moisture if it comes to that

FG batts by themselves are the absolute worst insulation to use in a basement unless they are following a moisture impervious insulation such as closed cell spray foam or extruded or expanded foam boards fixed tightly against the foundation wall.
