Hello! This project was completed a few years ago, so I called over to Mosaic Tile Company in Chantilly, VA, and one of their designers was kind enough to take a look at this picture. She says the backsplash looks to be very similar to Blue Pearl metallic glass tiles from Marbles & Accents. I hope this helps. Best of luck with your project!

Those look like glass tiles. We also have pearl tiles (though they don't look like that)
