I have 8 ft ceilings, 1966 house. I also have all black windows, and trim and doors. I like it and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Beth, LOL, it's just a coincidence these came up close together; I only have 3 or 4 things which consistently turn me off. Herringbone and too much black/grey inside. Oh, and fake dormers.

I'm really quite adventurous in my other tastes.
