Warren Christopher also does shop finished flooring, solid or engineered, wire-brushed or hand-scraped with the option of Oil Based, Water Based, or Wax finish. We specialize in all aspects of Wood Flooring, Custom Stair Parts, Reclaimed Beams, & Siding, but have recently focused on our own flooring product that consists of mostly European Oaks that have been fumed or tumbled. We also carry other Flooring Manufacturer's in the showroom, some custom, and some pre-manufactured. We offer a lifetime warranty on our custom products, and 25-30 year residential warranty on the pre-manufactured products depending on the manufacturer's guidelines. We also specialize in Re-Finishing existing Wood Floors.

I like the idea of fumed or tumbled. My husband does not want to have the flooring replaced. If we can find a contractor that is eco friendly, i would have them come to our home and give us an idea for reclaiming our floors and give us a cost. Any ideas?

Fumed or Tumbled Floors have to be done off-site before floors are installed. We do specialize in re-finishing and can hand-scrape/distress existing floors, add nail holes, worm holes, dings and completely change the color and the finish. All will depend on type of material you have & what you are looking to achieve. We do offer Eco-Friendly Finishes as well.
