My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Fremontodendron 'Ken Taylor' is the shrub with yellow flowers. Euphorbia characias 'Black Pearl' is the light green plant left of the agave.

    Oh, thank you, but I was referring to the large rounded green plant in front of the "Ken Taylor" that has the multiple "fuzzy" spikes, maybe some kind of succulent?
