Those amazing windows are crying out for a pretty maple or flowering ornamental tree. I agree that there is no need for painting the brick but if you have room in the budget, seek the help of a landscape architect to design a stunning hardscape to tie to your drive.

I would not change the roof line. It is perfect for the style of the house. I would look at light greyed tans or a dark grey.

If you do not like the stone, perhaps you can have it removed and then replaced with matching brick. I personally would change the two windows (left of the door) to triple windows that match those on the right. I cannot tell if you have a pair of wall sconces that flank the door, but these would "dress up" the entry way while providing safety. Since you would be removing the stone, perhaps you would want to move the door to the left a few inches to make the entry look more centered and to allow room for a sconce on the right. Also, you might find a fourth matching column and put two columns near the corner to the left of the left window and two columns near the corner between the door and the right window. An unobstructed view of the porch (from inside and outside) would make the porch look more stylish and symmetrical.

Since your front door is black, it is in keeping with the dark grey roof, and both look great. However, if you do want to change the roof and door color, I would suggest a light beige that still will contrast from the beautiful white trim. I usually am not a fan of modern style, but your house is a beautiful design.

Celery always does a great job. I like the version which kept the stone and brick intact. It's amazing what some square posts and great landscaping can do for a place.

Use heftier columns on the porch. Seek the help of a good garden planner or landscape architect. Use larger lights - hanging if the porch ceiling is high enough. Painting the door wall white could be quite effective.

The triple window on the right in the photo is totally different from the ones on the left. The right side looks like new, more modern windows. Is there a chance you could have the other windows changed to match the triple?
The landscape will look best with a mix of low-growing evergreens, some flowering perennials, some garden ornaments such as small boulders/big rocks, and a few taller evergreens and perhaps three semi-dwarf trees (2 on one side and one on the other) which will not overpower the house.
All plants should be chosen for your zone. The biggest local nursery will sell the plants which grow well and thrive in your zone. They can help you select your plants, and they may have a crew to install them if you aren’t into digging and planting.

Keep the stone but paint the brick in a darker grey / green wash, are the windows wood or vinyl, replace or paint in dark tone. Square the columns. Celery has added that sidewalk and landscaping which will go a long way! I like the roof line and wouldn't change that, would definately wanna make the porch very usable.
