We are selecting appliances for an upcoming kitchen renovation. I am trying to decide between the GE monogram dual fuel range and Wolf gas range. The oven will be used mostly for roasting vegetables and meats, so I don’t think it is worth an extra $3000 for a dual fuel Wolf. We don’t bake often. I am scared of having an oven that doesn’t self clean, although I have read and my salesperson at the appliance store said self cleaning an oven isn’t recommended. Consumer Reports ranks the GE Monogram highly and the sales person at the appliance store said it was a workhorse. I haven’t been able to find very many reviews online for either oven.
