If you love the color, keep it. Add some great curtains to soften the window, along with some artwork and accent pillows to help spread the color around. What kind of feeling are you going for in the room? It looks like there might be room to better center the bed on the wall.

First get some bedding you love. I have to say I dislike kelly green but if you love it who cares it is your space. You need drapes on the window make the rod 2 x wider than the window and when you buy drapes make them at least 2 x wider than the rod. I would look for some paisley pattern bedding with just a touch of that green in it somewhere mix thet with white sheet and pillows then go looking for art for above the head board . A nice upholsterd bench at the foot end a luxe textured throw on the bed . White drapes very full so more like 3 x the width of the rod in maybe white linen

I think bedding and art will help a ton. The colour is totally fine the room feels unfinished

Reason I have no curtains is because I have no idea what color would compliment or even work with that green. Space is not shared so whatever I want goes.

Green is a great color, it is not obnoxious at all, and in fact it is restful, and goes with every other color.

Just think, is there a single flower doesn't go with its leaves and stems?

Before you decide to add another color, think about if you really want to add another or not.

You don't have to, you know.

You can have a marvelous room with that marvelously vivid green, white and black.

Just decide what style you want to go with.

You can pick a more modern or geometric style and go with that in your fabrics and art.

Or you can go with a botanic theme of leaves, such as a print of ferns or other leaves in your curtains and pillow shams.

You can soften the room up a bit with a tall live plant in a different shade of green which of course will be in a pot that drains into a saucer, but you can put the whole thing in a wicker or some sort of natural looking basket.

If you like a jungle-y look, a Henri Rousseau print would do the trick.

Get curtains in the same color as the wall they're on. They help keep things cohesive. Be sure the rod is far enough out so the curtains just meet the edges of the window. Also try to find lined curtains-they hang better and look nicer. I've seen these at Target and they're quite nice.

You could find a few great fabrics to make a simple bed scarf and coordinating pillows. What other colors do you like? You might want to bring in a third color to keep it becoming a totally green and white room.

I also love green! This is my bedroom, similar to your I just went darker. I would say some nice bedding and art work will tie it together. I found gold and natural wood frames to really complement the green.

All good ideas. I would center the bed on the wall first.

Personally, I prefer additional colors with emerald, rather than strict black and white and green. Looking at a color wheel and choose adjacent or opposite colors, like navy blue, teal, fuschia, coral.

If you love it then keep it. I love green white and blue together. I have found if u use a color in the room at-least 3 times around the room it makes things work. I love the idea of white bedding with accent pillows and a textured throw. Def some art work. Have fun with it.it will be great.

This is our green wall, color night watch. But I think the bronze accents help. But something over the bed will warm it up quickly

That emerald is absolutely gorgeous! I love it and have my two loveseats in the living room in that color. it is both exciting and soothing. Do not change it since it makes you (and me) happy.

Is there a reason your bed and nightstands are not centered on the wall? I moved them to the left.

The color is great; the furnishings not so much. Is the bed navy or black? Not a fan of the tables or lamps.

the bed is centered, it's the angle of the picture. I am not at all a fan of the bed or the lamps but very partial to the side tables. Obviously my taste is sometimes questionable even to myself.

A large, preferably reversible, bedspread that will cover the sides of the bed frames ( Queen spread for Full bed ) with matching pillow shams would help the look of the room. If you can find a solid color set in a lighter shade of green that you like, then you could add a second set of pillow shames that are not solid color and have in them either the green or tan wall color .. or both wall colors.

If you have room, a bench or cedar chest could "hide" the foot board of the bed; however, if you truly dislike the bed that much, you might paint it add wheels to raise the height. Also consider replacing it with just a sturdy metal frame with wheels -- no headboard/footboard for now ... just the frame unless and until you find a headboard you truly like.

Your side tables make me think of mid-century modern. If you're considering adding furnishings to the room, you might consider that.

Wait until you find art you truly like before adding just any framed pic above the headboard just to have something there.
