My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Front dining room?

We are considering purchasing this house but the layout is strange. The fireplace in front of the kitchen has a tv mount area and is set up to be a living room however that would mean the dining room is the front room right by the front door. How would you put together this open space?

    Here is a possible layout. The space is going to fill up fast. Without dimensions, there's no way to tell you how many seats you can fit into the family room.
