My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

For our small powder room - would it look weird if the accent wall was herringbone and the other walls vertical or horizontal?

    Personally, I think it's totally up to you as "YOUR" the owner and the one living in the home. If it's a small area I think it may have too much going on, I would choose one or the other. But in the end, we do what our clients desire, life is short, do what makes you happy :)
