My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could you please share the manufacturer of the kitchen island and dining table light fixtures? And are they chrome or nickel?

    Thank you for your questions re: the Myers Park Residence project. The frameless custom cabinetry was a joint effort between Guthmann Construction and Walker Woodworking in Shelby, NC. The light fixtures were owner provided and we have no information on them unfortunately. If we can help with anything else, let us know.
