My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

idea for focal wall

I have this wall that you see right when walking into the house that leads down the staircase. Used to be a giant mirror that we had removed now we don’t know what to put on this wall. The house theme is modern Spanish style. All the walls are white, porcelain tile is white and stair steps are wood. We also have many windows with walnut wood trim. Help!! :) looking for something different and fun to do with this wall!

    Put "modern Spanish" in the top search box of art.com and you'll find a lot of ideas. If you do chose to get a piece of art from there, I recommend getting a print and having it framed locally (that's what I do).
