Not a pro, but your bright blue wall color is cool and your other kitchen components are warmer. Painting the walls would be a lot cheaper than cabinets so that's what I would do if this was my kitchen plus I'd switch out the black stove for stainless steel.

Add more lighting. Under cabinet. Recessed lights. Get rid of the electric sky blue. Then reevaluate. The other elements are nicely coordinated. Going white doesn’t make a dark kitchen brighter. It just makes the white look dingy, without proper lighting. Start with the lighting. First.

Don't paint the cabinets, paint the walls. That harsh blue is all wrong for the warm golden tones as the others have said. It'll make a world of difference. Pick the very lightest background shade of your countertop pattern, make sure it harmonizes with the floor, and done! (This wall color isn't exactly right, but I'm putting it up to show how lighter walls lighten a space with darker cabinets and tan floor.)

A pale gold--with a touch of taupe, if that makes sens,e so that you can link both the countertops, which have gold fleck background, and the floor which is taupe. I'm not sure what that color would be by name but when you can get color samples bring home and place against countertop, cabinets, and floor. Palest shade of the background color of countertop and of floor is the right direction. The paint will be closest to countertop. Can we get a closeup of that?

The floor pulls prett gray, which is why I pulled out a greige. I think the gold clashes with the floor, as does the warm tan. But it’s a place to start, for samples!

I would look at an even lighter greige, based on the lightest color in your floor. Maybe something like Ben Moore Elmira White.

Thank ya'll so much! So I am going to paint like ya'll have suggested, however, as you can see in the additional pictures my dining room is in the blue family as well and I want to paint it as well. My issue is I have an open floor plan and I don't know how to separate the rooms with the color as the dining room/living room all share a wall and that wall leads up to the loft. Can ya'll give me some advice and again, thank you so much! Apologies for the clutter on the table, this working from home stuff is not the easiest as you can see the ethernet cord handing down from the loft.

To get a nice open look and a feeling of flow, treat both spaces as one and paint dining and kitchen the same color. Consider getting a nice large art work instead of the small ones to the dining area. Drapes are great.

Palette for large art work in dining room in blues you like and a touch of the tan from your drapes. Something large would add drama to that space.

I would paint the kitchen and leave the dining room as it is. There is not a good way to separate the dining room color from the loft. Wait to paint the dining room when you want to change all those open areas together.

Sherwin Williams Ancestral Gold or a shade or two lighter on the paint deck as suggested above would look great in your kitchen--picks up the gold of your countertops yet harmonizes with the floor. If you like it, then repaint your dining and loft area the same color, which would also work very well with your living room rug. Do make sure to check the color against cabinets, countertops, and floor so that all three work together.
