Mostly, it's wishful thinking on my part and denial. Just found out that our young Tartarian tree from last year was killed by a 100+ grubs. At this point, it's pretty much too late to find a replacement. Here come TyTy with their we've got Tartarians and more pitch . . .

Stark Bros, Bay laurel, Raintree, and Trees of Antiquity are the ones i would recommend. Personally i have had good luck with Willis Orchards as well, but i know others have not. Fast Growing Trees is an option that ships year round potted plants, costs a bit more, but overall another place i haven't had issues with. They do not offer warranty though unless you pay extra for it.
Seeing the videos from TyTy on youtube, i was turned off from them and didn't even want to give them a try.

I was able to find the Tartarian at our local nursery; prepaid today. Not in stock yet, but the delivery truck is coming in next week with 5 gal pots.

At this time of year, especially with the run on seeds and fruits, most of the online places are out of stock on many items.

So glad I dodged the bullet with TyTy, thanks all.
