Built in ideas to hide electrical panel needed

We are thinking of getting custom built ins done to cover the electrical panel on this wall in our basement. The only concept I can come up with is two cupboards on each side with a row across the bottom and tv in center....can anyone suggest a different option that will look good and not like its unbalanced and out of place but still cover this ugly panel?

it just has to be accessible....nothing confront of it but can be behind a cupboard door. that's the reason I need a door or doors on that side which is throwing everything off.

It might be against code in your area to hide it. In case of emergency, firefighters etc need to be able to find the panel quickly.

The top 2 pictures are from the California Closets website. I don't think it has to be symmetrical to be visually balanced. Ikea probably has some ideas too.

I am not sure why that would look off balance? If both cabinet doors are the same size on each side? You could do a false paneled wall of an interesting moulding.

Hang the TV on it .

Or a false book case

I like the false wall idea. The only concept I could come up with for it to look balanced was with two of the same size cupboards on each side and then some flowers beneath. I was looking for built in ideas which may not be symetrically built but still look balanced....hopefully with only a door over the panel.

lowers not flowers...sorry. I would really like to have shelving and some storage space at the bottom
