Flying Geese/Triangles

Morning everyone,


I am a longtime ago visitor to this quilt group, have not been quilting hardly anything until Coronavirus hit the seen.


Question: When making Flying Geese and knowing the the size the triangle should be cut, can I do this with a Flying Geese like the ones where you lay two smaller blocks on top of the larger square?
